Who we are

Information we collect

• Contact form and estimate forms: your name, phone number, email address, project city or address, project type, budget range, timeline, readiness and any notes you choose to share.
• Detailed estimate builder: the answers you give about project condition, dimensions, access, slope, drainage, site concerns, funding and timeline. Every non-essential question can be skipped.
• Photos: if you text or email us project photos, we keep them with your project record so we can price the work accurately.
• Technical details: the page you submitted from, marketing campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to limit spam submissions.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a site review, perform the work you hire us for, and keep records for warranty, tax and licensing purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Where your information is stored

• Database and file storage: form submissions and site photos are stored in our Supabase-hosted database and storage, with access restricted to authorized AM Concrete accounts.
• Email notifications: new requests are emailed to our team, and confirmation emails are sent to you, through Resend, our transactional email provider.
• Website hosting: the website itself is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure.

These providers process the information only to deliver those services on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the storage needed to keep the site working, such as an authentication session for our own admin area. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies. If we add website analytics or conversion tracking in the future, we will update this page to name the provider and describe what it collects.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, tax and licensing obligations, generally up to seven years. Requests that never become projects are typically removed sooner.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email business@amconcrete.llc or call (971) 495-7976 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep records tied to completed work where the law requires it.

Children

Our services are directed to property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
