Base & reinforcement
Compacted gravel base and rebar or wire mesh sized to the slab's use.

Forming & pour
Forms set to grade for drainage; concrete placed, screeded, and floated.

Finish & cleanup
Broom, smooth or decorative finish, control joints, cure protection, and a clean site.
Questions

Concrete Driveways FAQs

Plan on about seven days before parking or driving on it. Concrete keeps gaining strength for roughly a month after the pour.
