Our process for tear-out & replacement

Site visit & estimate
We meet on-site, understand your goals, and follow up with a clear written proposal.

Demo & excavation
Old concrete is removed, the area is excavated to depth, and access is protected.

Base & reinforcement
Compacted gravel base and rebar or wire mesh sized to the slab's use.
04
Forming & pour
Forms set to grade for drainage; concrete placed, screeded, and floated.
05
Finish & cleanup
Broom, smooth or decorative finish, control joints, cure protection, and a clean site.

Yes, removal and disposal are included. We can also do removal on its own if you don't need a new pour right away.
