Estimates are preliminary

Any number shown on this site, produced by the quick estimate form, or produced by the detailed estimate builder is a preliminary planning range only. It is not an offer, a bid or a contract. Pricing depends on measurements, subgrade conditions, access, thickness, reinforcement, drainage, demolition, permitting and material costs at the time of the work.

No guaranteed price until a written proposal

A price becomes firm only when AM Concrete LLC issues a written proposal after a site review and both parties sign it. Conditions discovered after excavation or demolition may require a written change order before work continues.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property, project scope and known site conditions.
• Confirm property lines, easements and HOA or municipal requirements that affect the work.
• Disclose known private utilities, irrigation lines, septic components and buried structures. Public utility locates will be requested as required.
• Move vehicles, equipment, planters and personal property out of the work area before the crew arrives.
• Keep people and pets off fresh concrete for the curing period we specify.

Scheduling, weather and materials

Concrete work depends on weather and on ready-mix availability. Rain, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, supplier delays, inspection timing and conditions found on site can move a scheduled date. We will communicate changes as early as we can. Scheduled dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Site access

By requesting an estimate you authorize AM Concrete LLC to visit the property to measure and assess the work. Performing the work requires reasonable access for trucks, equipment and crew, plus access to water and, where needed, power. Limited access can affect method, timeline and price.

Licensing and insurance

AM Concrete LLC is licensed and insured in Oregon under CCB #241360. License and insurance status can be verified with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Nothing on this website should be read as a warranty, guarantee, financing offer or promise of results beyond what appears in a signed written agreement.

Concrete characteristics

Concrete is a natural material. Variation in color and texture, and hairline shrinkage cracking, can occur in properly installed work and are not defects. Control joints reduce, but do not eliminate, random cracking.
